The 14-day free trial lets you evaluate the full Service before paying — no card required. Subscription fees are non-refundable once a paid period starts, except: (a) duplicate payment for the same period — full refund of the duplicate; (b) amount debited but plan not activated and not auto-resolved within 72 hours — full refund; (c) verified technical failure on our side preventing Service use for more than 7 consecutive days — pro-rata refund or period extension at your choice.
Email us within 7 days of the transaction with your society name, payment ID and reason. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days via the payment gateway.
You can stop renewing at any time — simply don't purchase the next period. Your data remains accessible until plan expiry; afterwards admin access is limited to the Subscription page until renewal.
Maintenance amounts are collected by and settle directly with your society. Refunds of maintenance are governed by your society's rules — contact your society committee. GateBook cannot reverse these transactions.
