Account details (name, username, email, phone), society and flat records entered by admins, payment metadata (order/payment IDs, amount, plan — never full card numbers), visitor logs, and technical logs (IP, timestamps) for security.
To operate the Service: authentication, dues tracking, receipts, email/WhatsApp notifications your society triggers, subscription billing, fraud prevention and support. We do not sell personal data.
Online payments are processed by RBI-regulated gateways (e.g. Razorpay, Cashfree). Card/UPI credentials are entered on the gateway's secure checkout — they never touch our servers. Gateway API keys configured by societies are stored for the sole purpose of creating and verifying their payment orders.
Data is stored on secured hosting with encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed passwords (bcrypt), and per-society data isolation. Access to the platform console is restricted to authorised Nexora Technologies personnel.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us (see Contact page). Societies control their tenant data; residents should route requests through their society admin where applicable.
We use only essential session cookies for login. No third-party advertising trackers.
